Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, used socks are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
